We process your personal information locally in Poland. Such third parties will be required to adequately protect your personal data, based on contracts that meet the requirements of applicable law in this regard or on the basis of relevant laws. Your personal data may also be transferred to relevant public authorities when it is required by law (for example, to avoid a crime or fraud, or to comply with a court order or other legal obligation of a Polish or EU authority or court).
11. How do we secure your data?
Consortium for Consulting and Training S.A. is committed to properly protecting your personal information in accordance with adopted internal policies, procedures and standards so that your personal information is protected from unauthorized use or access, unlawful modification, loss or destruction. 12. How long do we process your data?
The processing time for your personal data varies depending on the purpose for which we collect and use the data:
- when we process your data on the basis of the consent you have given us, we keep it until you revoke it;
- if we are doing so for the purpose of entering into a contract with you and later for the performance of the contract - until the contract expires or is performed, however, in accordance with the RODO, the data may be processed after the expiration of the contract if it is justified, for example, for the purpose of asserting claims or for billing purposes. Data provided for the performance of the contract will never be kept for longer than necessary;
- data processed in pursuit of our legitimate interest will be processed until you raise a legitimate objection.
13. International transfer of personal data
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, where the law may not provide the same level of protection for your data.
14. What rights do you have?
- The right of access to personal data
Upon your request, we will provide you with information on whether we process your personal data. We are also obliged, upon separate request, to provide you with more detailed information regarding: the purposes of the processing, categories of personal data, recipients of the data or their categories, the period of storage of personal data or the criteria for determining it, the source of obtaining the data, about automated processing of personal data and the consequences of such processing for your person. In case of transfer of personal data to a third country, we will also inform you about the safeguards applied.
- The right to request a copy of the personal data being processed
Upon your request, we will make a copy of your personal data. It will be made available to you in a common IT file format. The first copy will be provided free of charge. However, we may charge a fee for each subsequent copy, which we will determine based on the provisions of the RODO.
- The right to rectify and delete personal data
If it turns out that your personal data is incorrect we will remove the irregularities. We will do this on our own initiative - or, if you bring it to our attention - at your request.
If you do not wish us to process your personal data, we will remove it from our databases. Note, however, that the deletion of some data may prevent us from providing services to you - this applies to those services in connection with which it is necessary to process the personal data you have provided. For example, we will not be able to provide services related to your user account if you request deletion of your e-mail and login. However, despite your request for deletion, we will be able to process certain personal data under the terms of the RODO.

- The right to request the transfer of processed personal data
Under the terms of the RODO, you may request the transfer of personal data saved in a standard machine-readable file format. If your goal is to transfer them to another controller, we will send the file containing your personal data directly to them.

- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
Once given, consent to process information is not given forever. If for any reason you reconsider, you can revoke it. In such a situation, if we do not have a separate basis for processing your personal information, we will stop using it for the purpose for which the consent was given. Note, however, that withdrawal of consent may sometimes result in our failure to provide you with interesting content or information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the link provided in the email sent to you or by contacting us at twojedane@houseofskills.pl.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing we performed prior to its withdrawal.
- The right to complain to the supervisory authority
Due to the entry into force of RODO and the adaptation of Polish law to the new reality, the supervisory authority in Poland for respecting your rights in the processing of personal data is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. If you believe that your rights have been violated by our personal data processing activities, you can file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
